Personal Finance Company
The client is an industry veteran in the consumer finance industry established to provide customers with creative, flexible, and convenient lending options. Our client, with its affiliates and subsidiaries, now features over 500 branches in 24 states throughout the United States. The company was running on a legacy application which was dated and there was a need to enhance digital lending experience for the customers. The UI designing was a part of the full fledged system modernisation project. We studied the entire old loan system and processes, plotted journeys of different kinds of users, and proposed that not only the UI needed an upliftment, but also UX needed to be improved upon. We defined a new UX strategy by providing low fidelity wireframes for alternate flows. The UX simplifed the lending process that was both fast to complete and intuitive. Following the material design philosophy, we delivered highly responsive designs across devices for quicker and memorable customer journey. The deliverables included GUI specifications, description of system behavior, and high-fidelity interactive prototype with over 100 screens (generated into HTML).
